Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
  • Implement goal-oriented support plans to help individuals achieve their maximum potential
  • Facilitate community integration activities and social outings
  • Document and report on individual progress and any concerns to the supervising team

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in direct support roles preferred but not required
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
