Fully Accountable isn’t your everyday financial company. Our outsourced accounting solutions go beyond the standard by offering cutting-edge technology, scalability, real-time reporting, and dedication to our digital business clients.
Fully Accountable is a fun, fast paced environment made up of a team that cares about what they do and love who they get to work with. At Fully Accountable, we believe good ideas can come from every level of the organization and encourage team members to bring a spirit of curiosity and innovation to their job.
Our job is to become the best possible trusted advisors for our clients and we do that through continuing to elevate our services through education, innovation, and high quality deliverables. We collaborate. We laugh. We work hard every day.
About the Role:
Are you someone who loves solving puzzles? Who doesn’t consider a job complete unless you’ve thoroughly looked everything over and understand the why behind what is happening?
Are you someone with incredible follow-through skills who can take an idea and see it through to implementation? Can work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines? Do you desire both collaboration and autonomy in a work environment?
As an Ecommerce Financial Data Analyst, you will work directly with our clients to understand their data, synthesizing it into a dynamic, relevant, and actionable format. You will also be expected to take the synthesized data, analyze it for trends, forecasts, and opportunities, and summarize your findings so that your clients can make better, more informed decisions for their business.
As this is a client facing role, an ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal communications skills and enjoy establishing quality relationships with coworkers and clients.
Our Data Analysts also work hand-in-hand with our accounting and CFO teams to create tools and models that help our clients run their business. Someone in this role should enjoy collaborating within their department and with other departments while also being comfortable taking ownership of a project and seeing it to completion with many available resources but with little oversight.
An ideal candidate would enjoy taking processes that are built and improving upon them and also enjoy building reports/solutions from scratch, being able to visualize an end product based on a request, creating and executing on the steps necessary to get there.
The data we work with covers the financial, marketing, and operational aspects of a business so we welcome candidates from a variety of educational and experience backgrounds to apply
Job Duties:
- Analyze client data and provide daily observations on trends and opportunities
- Delivery daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for clients based on their needs
- Build custom tools and dashboards within Excel and Power BI to help solve operational challenges for clients and track KPIs
- Balance daily recurring tasks, short-term and long term projects, delivery each with consistency and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with accountants and CFOs to understand client data and provide guidance to their business
- Oversee the consistent and accurate pulling of client data, addressing errors and inefficiencies as needed
Required Skills:
- Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Professional and personable communication skills
- Amazing follow-through
- Self-starter who doesn't want to be micromanaged
- Time management
- Goal-oriented and likes to get things done
- Able to overcome obstacles
- Microsoft Excel
- Power-BI preferred but not required
- Works hard but likes to have fun while getting things done
While our company is made up of in person, hybrid, and remote team members from around the world, this role is based out of our home office in Akron, Ohio with the potential to be a hybrid role after the first 90-days.
