A Day in the Life of an ADP Payroll Specialist
  • Manage and process high-volume payroll transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure timely completion of payroll cycles, including bi-weekly and monthly processing.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to obtain and verify necessary payroll information.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements for the ADP Payroll Specialist position
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in high-volume payroll processing.
  • Proven experience with ADP Comprehensive Systems and Workforce Now.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate complex payroll-related information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
