The Boat House of Lauderdale Lakes is looking for a team player to join our team of energetic, fun, customer-focused individuals. This position would be stationed in our Nashotah, WI shop the majority of the time with some minimal travel to our other locations as needed for specialized coverage. The Experienced Marine Technician I want to meet will have the following necessary qualities :

• 3-5 years marine rigging experience required;
• Prior experience working with Outboard and/or Inboard Motors required;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to listen intently to the directives of leadership and interpret a variety of communication styles; and
• Dedication to excellent customer service.

The Experienced Rigging Technician who I really want to meet will also have experience with:

• Trolling Motors;
• Power Poles;
• GPS knowledge and installation;
• Hanging motors;
• Hold a valid FL Driver's License and be acceptable to our insurer.
• Consistently show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player.

Pay is dependent on years of past marine service experience.
