South Bend, United States UNIFI Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

UNIFI is looking for forward-thinking and passionate BCBAs to lead and inspire

Are you a compassionate and relationship-centered BCBA looking to get out from behind a desk and out on the floor interacting with patients and supporting RBTs? If so, we want to talk to you.

As a BCBA at UNIFI, you can focus on being present and engaging with patients, coach and mentor our RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and other healthcare providers to fully understand each child’s unique needs. You’ll work alongside our Programming BCBAs to bring treatment plans to life – helping our patients to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives.

Who is UNIFI? AT UNIFI, WE ASPIRE FOR A CHILD’S FUTURE. We look beyond today’s therapy session and seek to prepare children for their tomorrows.

WE UNDERSTAND that autism is a whole-child condition that can result in chronic functional challenges to a child’s behavior, health, and development, involving multiple service providers and has a substantial impact on the family.

UNIFI takes a “WHOLE LIFE” approach to our work with autistic children, developing a LIFE PLAN focused on function, family, fitness, and future. THE UNIFI LIFE PLAN respects our patient’s individuality while building strengths, promoting resilience, and developing functional skills that enable the child to flourish on their own terms throughout their lifespan.

We strive to create an encouraging environment where all team members can thrive. If you share our people-first mindset and want your compassion, creativity, and leadership to shape better outcomes, let’s connect. Join our team of motivated and innovative professionals and discover the reward of transformational ABA therapy.
