Responsibilities

This person would work MCMIC and MMMC to create better communication and workflow. This person will handle day to day operations in office, as well as all communication with the JV partner, as well as shift and on call scheduling duties. This position requires prior experience with hospital joint venture MMMC and prior experience in office at the MCMIC location.

Job Description:

  • Liaison between CRA operations and hospital partners, managing the relationship with MMMC
  • Understand all aspects of operations to include, scheduling, registration, IVT, pre-auth, technologist’s role etc. Monitor ADP and manage input as needed.
  • Work directly with operations and hospital partner to offer opportunities for support through office educational training (specific to their needs) and or operational assistance (ordering, scheduling job aides).
  • Offer efficient solutions and services to Hospital partners that CRA can provide on their behalf. Look for opportunities to streamline inpatient processes.
  • Ability to verbally communicate thoughts clearly, express idea’s clearly, concisely and logically. Written communication skills sufficient to develop and distribute written information to large groups in a clear and concise manner. Answers all MMMC emails—this will be the point person for communication between MMMC and CRA.
  • Represent Clinical Operations on various project teams and task force assignments. Including coordinates all training of staff for anything related to MMMC workflow & updates
  • Work in an organized manner, including managing schedules for MCMIC staff including on call, ER calls in, holidays, etc., discuss ideas, and receives support before implementing.
  • In conjunction with the Service Area Manager help achieve targeted volumes for business operations to achieve organizational objectives. Understand external forces in the market that could affect operations and revenues.
  • Always professional and courteous: support internal and external customer efficiently, effectively and positively.
  • Support Service Area Manager in the sites with special project implementations. Coordinates all new hires receive badges/parking stickers for MMMC and related paperwork
  • Create solutions that add value to the organization.
  • Perform job responsibilities in an ethical, compliant manner; complies with laws affecting the workplace and /or job responsibilities. Maintains employee and patient confidentiality.
  • Attends all MMMC meetings--- phone, virtual, in person, etc.
  • Maintains all MMMC credentials, uses their system, Mpages, RL solutions, etc regularly
  • Other duties & responsibilities as they come up pertaining to staff at MCMIC and MMMC relationship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have prior experience with hospital joint venture MMMC and prior experience in office at the MCMIC location.
  • Understand most aspects of operations to include, including scheduling, registration, IVT,
    pre-auth, technologist’s role, etc.
  • Work directly with operations and referring practices to offer opportunities for support through office educational training (specific to their needs) and or operational assistance (ordering, scheduling job aides).
  • Support Operations in the sites with special project implementations.
  • Must be able to travel on a daily basis locally.

  • Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.
  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.
