Salesforce Architecture Design:

Data Management:

  • Develop and oversee data architecture strategies to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Manage data migration, integration, and synchronization processes between Salesforce and other business systems.

AI Integration:

  • Lead the integration of AI and machine learning (ML) technologies with Salesforce to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven insights and automation.

Custom Development:

  • Oversee the development of custom Salesforce applications, components, and solutions tailored to automotive business requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and AI models.
  • Implement best practices for system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly related to data privacy and security.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies, data architecture, and AI.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our systems and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Proven experience in data architecture, data management, and data governance.
  • Strong expertise in AI and ML technologies, with hands-on experience in integrating AI solutions with Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry and its specific business processes and challenges.
  • Proficient in programming languages and tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Python, and relevant data and AI platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automotive-specific Salesforce solutions, such as Automotive Cloud or similar.
  • Knowledge of IoT and its applications in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
