Job Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Manager at Hessert Chevrolet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue goals for our dealership. This is a full time position You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales manager who can maintain a strong customer focus, meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our dealership.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, provide training, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend training and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and principles.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Valid driver's license
