Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Waimea, Hawaii.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Physical Therapist

- Shift: 8 hours, flexible
- Employment Type: Travel
Primary duties are PT evaluations and treatments. Inpatient (25%) acute, ICU, SNF, and outpatient (75%) settings.
_ PT in rural Kauai requires independence and thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, and acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning.
PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic.
A full PT schedule is a mix of in and outpatients every 30-45 minutes (one hour new eval's), which could be between 5 and 15 patients per day.

Kahu Malama Nurses Job ID #238. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
