Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - ICU Pediatrics - Pre/Post & PACU

Shift: Variable Days/ 7:30a-8p, 9a-9:30p, 12x3, 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Length: 13 weeks

If can only do Pre/Post Op, hours will be 7:30a-8p and no on call responsibilities. -If PACU, hours will be 7:30a-8p and 9a-9:30p with on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

  • WI or Compact License 
  • Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience
  • Traveler must have completed 2 years of acute care experience within last 3 years
  • Perioperative experience required - including pre-op, phase II, PACU
  • Required to have work experience in a peds exclusive setting
  • Experience with special needs and complex care patient population
  • Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital
  • Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks)
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA PALS

Other Details:
  • EMR Used: EPIC
  • Must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius
  • Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization
