Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Equipment Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $35.00/hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment to ensure maximum performance and availability.
  • Maintain equipment records, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair logs.
  • Respond to maintenance calls and prioritize workload to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Continuously develop technical skills through training and on-the-job experience.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a similar industry.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
