Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
\t- Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.
\t - Review and validate project estimates.
\t - Conduct planning meetings and document results.
\t - Develop and maintain project schedules.
\t - Monitor and align personnel schedules with project timelines.
\t - Manage subcontract and equipment buy-outs.
\t - Perform daily site visits to inspect work and resolve issues.
\t - Implement corrective measures for job issues.
\t - Manage project scope changes.
\t - Provide material takeoffs and pricing for scope changes.
\t - Conduct and attend job meetings.
Key Requirements:
\t- Minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, renovation experience is a plus.
\t - Strong negotiation skills for change orders and project presentations.
\t - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
\t - Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and schematics.
\t - Proficient with job cost accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
\t - Understanding of financial models in various contracting methods.
\t - Ability to be on-call as needed and perform daily site inspections.
