Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$33/hour

Sunday from 1 PM to 11 PM, Monday from 1 PM to 11 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM, with flexibility based on business needs.

What’s a typical day as a Human Resource Specialist? You’ll be:

• Ensuring that the National Attendance Program (NAP), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness are administered in accordance with company policies and local agreements.

• Conducting corrective actions and documenting hearing outcomes based on AWOL reports and NAP guidelines.

• Auditing NAP and tardiness TWOs coding, correcting codes as necessary, and serving as a subject matter expert for line management customers on NAP interpretation.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

• Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Pivot Tables.
