Job Title: Maintenance Clerk 4 Week Assignment
Location: Hormel Plant-Austin, MN
Pay Range: $18.00/hour
What’s the Job?
- Organizes, prints and distributes daily schedules for the supervisor work groups associated with the maintenance work management process.
- Provides data entry for all related functions within the Asset Management System (Work order closure, craftsperson’s time, work order comments, etc.). Handles issues with work order look-ups, part searches, etc.
- Assists with getting parts pricing/availability.
- Filing/retrieval of documents for Mechanical Division Clerk and/or Maintenance planner and engineer.
- Utilizes the Asset Management System to run reports that summarize such data as costs, asset histories, preventative maintenance plans, and other data within the Asset Management System.
What’s Needed?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to initiate appropriate actions independently.
- Demonstrated problem solving and organizational ability.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preferred experience with Asset Management System.
