Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join their outpatient rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with various musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, a passion for helping others improve their quality of life, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Implement therapeutic interventions to address patient needs, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall health and well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively.
Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical documentation software.
