As the Marketing Communications Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, transaction processing and sales & marketing services to Conduent clients. 


Responsibilities



  • Developing and delivering client-specific communication plans, strategies, and campaigns.
  • Coordinating, executing and reviewing communications deliverables following the defined workflow guidelines.
  • Reviewing test output for accuracy and working through defects with technology partners.
  • Performing technically based activities.
  • Contributing to and managing projects.
  • Utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations.
  • Leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.

Requirements 



  • Possess a bachelor’s degree.
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Able to analyze information and standard practices to make judgments. 
  • Have proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Teams, and general computer skills.
  • Be located within one hour driving distance of Des Moines, IA for onsite equipment delivery and maintenance.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated compensation range for this role is $24/hour.
