Progressive Care Nurse: Pittsfield, MA.. Seeking an energetic PCU RN to come join our team today. We have exciting, Great Paying opportunities across the U.S. Both Local and Travel candidates are welcome to apply. Contract position to start ASAP 13 weeks with option to extend. 12 hr shifts both day and nightshift available. This contract does have a float within areas of clinical skill component.

A Progressive Care Unit nurse, or PCU nurse, is a clinician who works with patients who have stabilized and moved from the ICU or other unit. • Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs • Detect any changes to vital signs • Give medications • Interact with a healthcare team including physicians, therapists and other nurses.

Degree from an accredited Registered Nursing program

2 years current PCU/Stepdown experience

Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

MA RN license

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

TNCC preferred

English
