Cafeteria Worker

Our client in Marion Indiana is seeking a Cafeteria Worker to join their team. As a Cafeteria Worker, you will be part of the Food Service department supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, ability to follow written recipes, and ability to lift, push, and pull 40 lbs. which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cafeteria Worker

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: $12/hour

What's the Job?

• Follow safe and efficient prep for food, follow written recipes, sanitize areas and maintain store room and freezer/cooler area.
• Run dish machine, wash pots and pans as needed.
• Prepare and serve menu items in a polite and courteous manner.
• Make independent decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• GED required
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch
• Must be able to hear and speak clearly
• Must have a Clear Background free of felonies/misdemeanors
