TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Revenue Cycle Manager for our client in Marietta, GA.   We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the financial process of patient financial services and revenue cycle operations. The Revenue Cycle Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire billing process, from patient insurance verification to the payment of a balance. They will manage and lead revenue cycle team members to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency to achieve revenue goals. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures, healthcare software, and detailed understanding of medical insurance policies.   Job Details:
  • Pay based on experience $100-$120K
  • Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
  • Personnel management, including staff development, hiring, and retention
  • Special project planning and management
  • Ensure that all aspects of the Revenue Cycle are performed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage patient billing complaints and resolve any issues swiftly
  • Work with executive management on revenue cycle strategy and planning
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators and benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of medical terminology, coding and billing procedures
  • Experience with healthcare information systems
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for numbers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • BSc degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or relevant field
