The Revenue Cycle Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire billing process, from patient insurance verification to the payment of a balance. They will manage and lead revenue cycle team members to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency to achieve revenue goals. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures, healthcare software, and detailed understanding of medical insurance policies.   Job Details:
  • Pay based on experience $100-$120K
  • Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
  • Personnel management, including staff development, hiring, and retention
  • Special project planning and management
  • Ensure that all aspects of the Revenue Cycle are performed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage patient billing complaints and resolve any issues swiftly
  • Work with executive management on revenue cycle strategy and planning
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators and benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of medical terminology, coding and billing procedures
  • Experience with healthcare information systems
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for numbers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • BSc degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or relevant field
