  • Design, develop, manage and facilitate innovative and effective in-person learning solutions around leadership, onboarding, corporate culture, diversity & inclusion, performance coaching, and etc.
  • Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media best fit for the targeted audience and deliver the effective learning results.
  • Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Reporting to Director of HR

Must have:

  • Bachelors degree is requirement can be flexible on the type of degree Learning & Development or Organizational improvement
  • 5+ years Development training programs
  • LMS ( Learning Management System)
  • Consumer Products Goods, Manufacturing industry
  • Experience with External and Internal Audits for- OSHA, ISO, GMP programs
  • Microsoft power point must be able to present information to Leadership
  • Spanish or Mandarin
