This role will be responsible for assisting with HR-related tasks and supporting various aspects of the recruitment process.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, assisting in developing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and external agencies.Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs, career expos, and campus recruitment activities.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and assistance throughout the recruitment process.Support onboarding process for new hires and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.Support HR initiatives and projects, such as new hire orientation, employee engagement activities, training administration, off-boarding, and performance management.Assist in implementing programs to help improve employee experience.Contribute to HR software implementation and improvements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and candidate records in our HR system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS), in accordance with applicable policy and legal requirements.Administer benefits and reporting, including 401(k) plan and COBRA in coordination with Accounting and Payroll.Reconcile and pay benefits invoices.Assist in leaves of absences and disability claim administration.Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.Liaise with other departments and external vendors (payroll, IT, benefits, etc.).Produce HR-related reports and documentation when needed.
