The ideal candidate will be comfortable with numbers and analytical. You must have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The goal is to serve production, sales, and our site superintendents well while having the mindset of CCMs 5 core values below.Accountability : A willingness to take responsibility for analyzing projects. Acquire an understanding of the requirements of the project/programs at hand. Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties.Transparency : Clearly communicate the status of estimating.Quality : Meet the expectations of the estimating calendar and sales. Analyze data and produce forecasts and perform risk analysis.Effectiveness : Produce valid analysis for use by sales and production.Service : Put sales and production in a position to succeed.
