As an Adolescent Child Psychiatrist at the Family Resource Center, you will evaluate and manage a wide array of psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents. You will be responsible for formulating effective treatment strategies and ensuring the highest standards of psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Provide medication management, therapy, and family support to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry to continually enhance clinical practice.
Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Valid medical license to practice in state .
- Proven clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders in youth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts to patients and families.
