This includes coordinating contracted lecturers/performers, executing contracts, distributing payments, reserving spaces, managing signage, overseeing marketing/communications and enhancing visitor experiences in alignment with the Museum's goals and objectives.Write promotional material for print and online communications and marketing.Evaluate programming to improve visitor experiences and to achieve grant reporting requirements and institutional goals.Execute programs with the highest levels of organization, communication and implementation.Supervise and support educators and contractors implementing public programs.Collaborate with colleagues to manage ticketing, registrations, and institutional calendars, ensuring a sustainable balance of programming and events.Participate in fundraising and cultivation.Serve as event staff for Museum programs and off-site outreach events.Perform other duties as assigned or required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation skills and customer service skills.Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects effectively while meeting deadlines.Education and ExperienceMinimumBachelor's degree in education, museum studies, art, art history or equivalent experience.Two years of experience in a museum education or public programming department, arts/cultural center, attraction or similar.Experience working with all age-groups and volunteers.Ringling College of Art and Design is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
