We are looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full time or part time in Culpeper, VA. Our state-of-the-art office is located midway between Washington DC and Richmond, VA. We offer both routine pediatric care and walk in/urgent care services within our pediatric office. This job opportunity is strictly office based with no call or hospital rounding. While our urgent care facility is open 7 days per week, we are offering a flexible schedule, with days/hours negotiable and no requirement to work the weekends. Job duties include providing Pediatric medicine, both routine and urgent care.

It provides an alternative for individuals and families who do not have medical insurance. It enables members to receive comprehensive care services including, but not limited to, annual physicals, preventive care, and sick visits. Our state-of-the-art lab, x-ray, and other diagnostic tools enable our care providers to provide real-time diagnoses and initiate corresponding care plans in one place most of the time, during one visit. We have a dedicated team of pediatricians, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, and medical support staff that work diligently to provide the most comprehensive care that we can for our patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program
  • NP License to Practice in VA
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred
Schedule:
  • Flexible (Full time or Part time). We are open 7 days/week, so we can be flexible to fit the right candidate's schedule but are mostly looking for coverage Wed, Friday, Sat, and Sundays
Total compensation (range):
  • $150k (base salary plus productivity bonus)
