Service Center Manager - Boston Territory
We are seeking an experienced Operations professional with a Sales background to manage our Boston territory as a Service Center Manager. This role will provide business, managerial, and technical direction to our technicians and customers while developing and growing the service center.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales, profit, and quality of area operations
  • Conduct regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish new client relationships
  • Provide proposals and service contracts for our services and repair work
  • Review and sign contracts within authorized limits
  • Collaborate with Region Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Marketing Services to promote new business
  • Develop and review Area Profit Plan
  • Lead regular management committee meetings
  • Coordinate weekly invoicing and monthly status reports
  • Review and audit field jobs
  • Supervise, ensure safety, and provide technical training for Field Engineers and Technicians
  • Coordinate and schedule work for technicians with customers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of experience in the Industrial Service Industry
  • Strong communication, supervisory, organizational, and management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research
  • Willingness to travel overnight for field work and company meetings (25% travel time required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Education and Certifications:
  • Four-year degree or graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent
  • BSEE/BSEET preferred
