*Ochsner Health System is currently hiring a Radiology Technician in Baton Rouge, LA*

*Facility: *Ochsner Medical Center (Hospital)

*Pay: *$27.50 hourly

*Schedule:*
* Day shift, Night shift, Weekends as needed

*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Completion of a Radiologic Technology program from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school.
* 1+ years of Prior healthcare experience preferred
* Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
* Licensed by the Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners in the state of practice.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
* Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.

*Job Duties:*
* Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability) and travel throughout and between facilities.
