Position Details:


Spectrum Engineers is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a part-time role. If you enjoy being the welcoming face of an office and ensuring everything runs smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you This role is in our beautiful downtown Salt Lake City office and on-site with some flexibility.


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm, with occasional flexibility to start earlier if clients arrive early.


What You’ll Do:


As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of our office, responsible for various tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Greeting and assisting guests warmly and professionally.
  • Manage visitor check-ins and maintain a visitor log.
  • Coordinating parking validations and managing parking cards.
  • Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks for accounting, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Order lunch when needed and handle mail and deliveries.
  • Scheduling and maintaining appointments.
  • Keeping our reception and break room areas tidy and welcoming.

  • Ability to multi-task without letting anything slip through the cracks.
  • Familiarity with office software like Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
