  6. Perform regular operational activity surveillance to promote best practices and highlight areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain product records to ensure configuration throughout the product lifecycle.
  8. Articulate issues, provide feedback, and advocate for quality standards.
  9. Monitor customer training feedback to support future training design and delivery.
  10. Produce and maintain contracted Quality deliverables.
  11. Act as a liaison between Engineering and Production for product assurance.
  12. Work with Procurement on supplier testing requirements, non-conformance, and QA certification.
  13. Ideally familiar with MF640 and 650 compliance requirements.
  14. Generate and update Quality Management Plans.
  15. Provide QA input into project status reports.
  16. Support Services Division's AEUK Training Programme Board with QA responsibilities.

What does your target candidate look like?

  2. Quality business system management system auditor.
  3. Proficient in Root Cause Analysis.
  4. Strong understanding of configuration management.
  5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Drive for results and process improvement.
  7. Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  8. Strong communication skills at all business levels.
  9. Assertiveness to get tasks done without direct authority.
  10. Pragmatic approach to finding compliant solutions.
  11. Proven track record in a quality-related field focused on a service environment.
  12. Willingness to travel.
