Raytheon is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) business organization. This position will support commodity procurements for internal customers enterprise wide.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the focal point for communication between the programs and suppliers.
  • Perform activities related to contract quotation activities.
  • Assist with selecting suppliers and alternate suppliers.
  • Provide support during supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions, to include software licenses).
  • Manage post-award activities in accordance with company requirements and work instructions.
  • Review and negotiate terms and conditions and make recommendations of final Raytheon position to Subject Matter Expert and/or Supply Chain Advisor and Office of General Counsel.
  • Less than 20% domestic travel.
  • Regularly utilize standard computer systems focused on supplier management processes (SAP-PRISM).
  • Place and process purchase orders of low to medium complexity across various business units.
  • Frequently communicate with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Filter information from multiple sources used to make process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a procurement/buyer role.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
