About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team in New York, NY. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing custom models and algorithms, and creating statistical models to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R and Python programming languages, machine learning, statistical analysis, and experience with tools such as Random Forest, Neural Networks, Tensorflow, Clustering, and Apache Spark.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
3+ years of experience in data science or related field
Strong proficiency in R and Python programming languages
Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis
Experience with tools such as Random Forest, Neural Networks, Tensorflow, Clustering, and Apache Spark
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Hive
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or D3.js
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:

Develop custom models and algorithms to drive business decisions
Create statistical models to identify trends and patterns in data
