Duties Responsibilities:

The role of the Director of Rehabilitation Services oversees daily operations of the Rehabilitation and Respiratory departments; plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to work toward functional restoration, pain relief, and the prevention of disability.


Experience Skills Preferred:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program which typically equates to at least 5 years of formal education or training -OR- Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or Director of Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist required
  • Registered in the state of Kansas as an Occupational Therapist and must maintain registration with appropriate continuing education required
  • CPR Certification
