Your Role:

As an Elevator Service Technician, you’ll take the lead in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining elevators, ensuring their safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical elevator systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve operational issues in elevators, dumbwaiters, and wheelchair lifts.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and annual safety inspections to meet OSHA and safety regulations.
  • Perform safety tests to guarantee proper operation of safety devices.
  • Evaluate existing equipment, recommend upgrades, and implement performance-enhancing modifications.

What You Bring:

  • Certification: Certified Elevator Technician license or State-Issued Elevator Mechanic License.
  • Experience: Expertise in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting complex elevator systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose electric, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and optimize elevator system performance effectively.
