Purpose : As the VP of FP&A, you will lead our financial planning and analysis function, acting as a key strategic partner to the CFO and the executive leadership team. You will execute financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes, while also driving significant improvement of these processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning : Lead the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to support growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis : Provide leadership on generating accurate, timely financial reports, as well as in-depth analysis of financial performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making.
  • Business Partnering and Decision Support : Serve as a key business partner to executives and senior management, offering financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to guide strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
  • Capital Management and Allocation : Oversee the company's capital budgeting processes, ensuring optimal capital allocation, return on investment (ROI), and alignment with corporate financial objectives.
  • Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency : Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, including the implementation of financial systems, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and agility in financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A team in managing the company's quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to prepare and consolidate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.
  • Lead a robust monthly financial review that incorporates inputs from senior leadership and delivers accurate, actionable insights.
  • Drive the creation of dynamic financial plans, incorporating scenario analysis to account for varying market conditions and growth trajectories.
  • Implement rigorous FP&A protocols to enhance budget accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial reporting quality.
  • Lead financial analysis on key strategic initiatives, including prospective acquisitions, new market opportunities, and greenfield locations.
  • Craft compelling financial narratives and create executive-level presentation materials for the Board of Directors, investors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead M&A modeling and financial due diligence efforts to support strategic acquisition initiatives.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and corporate finance, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech industries.
  • Deep expertise in GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and corporate finance principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven success in engaging senior executives and board members.
  • Strong leadership ability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
