Un día en la vida:

En un día normal, su prioridad es cuidar de los huéspedes. Usted les ayudará a elegir entre una gama completa de dispositivos inalámbricos, planes de tarifas apropiadas, accesorios beneficiosos, seguro de productos y mucho más. Usted impulsará el tráfico contactando a clientes actuales o potenciales por teléfono, texto y plataformas web. Completará los cursos de capacitación asignados para ayudarlo a mantenerse al día sobre los últimos productos, servicios e información de la industria. Estas herramientas le ayudarán a tener éxito en su tienda y le ayudarán a crecer en el vendedor que aspira a ser.

Responsabilidades del consultor inalámbrico:

* Alcanzar objetivos de ventas personales cada dos semanas según lo establecido por su gerente de tienda

* Representar a Victra y Total de Verizon de una manera positiva mientras proporciona un excelente servicio al cliente

* Revisar promociones/planes/dispositivos diariamente

* Realizar llamadas/textos salientes diarios para impulsar las ventas utilizando una variedad de plataformas

* Asistir a entrenamientos semanales/ mensuales

* Crear un entorno comercial de primer nivel a través de la limpieza, la comercialización y la organización

* Manejar todas las interacciones de servicio al cliente con cortesía y profesionalidad

* Mantener los estándares de limpieza guante blanco a medida que cambian

* Otras funciones asignadas

Compensación:

Estamos orgullosos de que nuestros consultores inalámbricos ganen un promedio nacional de $24,50 por hora con la oportunidad de ganar más a través de comisiones ilimitadas. Eso es más de $44,500.00 por año basado en una semana laboral de 35 horas. El máximo promedio estimado es de $58,000 por año basado en una semana laboral de 35 horas. El pago incluirá una tarifa base de $15.00 /hora con potencial de ganancias ilimitado a través de comisiones. Se le garantiza un mínimo de $15 por hora durante sus primeros 60 días de empleo.

Requisitos de trabajo:

Junto con una actitud positiva contagiosa, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y un compromiso con una experiencia Premier, estamos buscando el consultor inalámbrico para llevar lo siguiente:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED
  • Español/Bilingüe
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en un entorno de ventas minoristas preferido

Requisitos físicos

* Capacidad de levantar hasta 10 libras

* Capacidad de permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo

Requisitos de formación

Se requiere que todos los consultores inalámbricos asistan y completen con éxito un programa de capacitación de 4 días de New Hire University (NHU) dentro de las 2 semanas de su fecha oficial de inicio. Esta clase puede incluir viajes nocturnos a cargo de la compañía. Se requerirán varios entrenamientos en línea e informáticos a lo largo de su empleo con Victra.
