In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects by delivering agreed activities and applying judgment. You will select appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations, considering success criteria, barriers, risks, and issues. You will be accountable for meeting your own targets which impact the immediate team and may help coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members. You will also meet performance objectives and metrics set locally. Your time will be spent on:

You should be able to propose solutions to technical constraints and anticipate bottlenecks in the system development cycle. Additional skills include:

  1. Decision-making based on broad policies and personal knowledge/experience.
  2. Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  3. Dedication to be coached by higher levels and provide coaching and counsel to junior team members to help them develop.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues at all levels.
  5. Ability to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate to both internal and client leadership.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  1. A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
  2. Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
  3. Proven business or technical work experience in one or more of the following digital grid focus areas: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS.
Ideally, you’ll also have
