Surgical Technician – Operating Room at Providence St. Patrick Hospital
Current Opportunities:
- Full Time 1.0 FTE Day
- Full Time 1.0 FTE Night
- Full Time 0.9 FTE Evening
- Full Time 0.9 FTE Variable
- Part Time 0.8 FTE Variable
- Part Time 0.8 FTE Evening
- Part Time 0.75 FTE Evening
The primary duties of the Surgical Technician include: being prepared for and knowledgeable of the surgical procedure to be performed, setting up and maintaining a sterile field, assisting the surgeon as necessary, assisting the circulating nurse and other members of the surgical team, maintaining familiarity, function and proper care of all OR equipment and instruments. The Surgical Technician initiates responsibility for care of specimens and performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Surgical Tech program.
- National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Operating Room experience.

Pay Range: $22.20 - $34.63
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
