Job Details

* Full-Time W-2 position with benefits
* 132 Hospital Beds
* 14 ICU Beds
* Level IV Trauma Center
* Closed ICU
* Average Daily Encounters: 9
* EMR: Epic
* Day: 1 Physician 7a-7p
* Night: 1 NP/PA 7p-7a & Physician on-call

Physician Requirements:

* Board Certification in Critical Care & Pulmonology
* Must have at least 1 year of experience
* Must have Active TX license & DEA
* Work 1 week per month at this hospital and 1 week at San Marcos hospital

NP/PA Requirements:

* NPs must have ACNP
* Must have at least 1 year of Critical Care experience as an NP/PA or completed a Critical Care residency program
* Must be comfortable working alone overnight (will have overnight MD via phone)
* Procedural competency in intubations, central lines, and arterial lines
