Recruitment Package may include:
- Guaranteed Base Salary starting at $240,000
- Sign on Bonus up to $100,000
- Student Loan Repayment - $20,000 per year
- Residency Stipend of $2,000 per Month
- Paid Malpractice Insurance
- 25 days of PTO
- $3000 CME allowance and 5 days off for CME

Sovah Health Martinsville is accredited by the American College of Cardiology (ACC) Accreditation Services for Chest Pain and Heart Failure, by the American College of Surgeons and is member of the Duke Heart Network and Duke Telestroke Network.
