Sales Development Representative - Enterprise Software

COMPENSATION/PERKS/INTEL:

  • Hybrid Work (Monday & Friday fully remote, Tuesday - Thursday In-Office)
  • Every other Friday is a Half-Day
  • Salary: $53,000
  • Yearly Commission (Paid out Monthly): $15,000+
  • 1st Year Total Earnings: 70,000+
  • In 6 Months - 1 Year: Promotion to Associate Account Executive - Comes with Increase in Salary & Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting strategic outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share results and plan next steps
  • Participate in sales onboarding, 1:1 training sessions, team meetings, skill building and professional development classes
  • Exceed weekly/monthly goals for meetings, pipeline and activity
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
  • Contact and qualify potential customers, effectively nurturing them through the sales pipeline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Dependable, passionate and a desire to pursue a career in sales
  • Ability to accelerate in a spirited, rewarding atmosphere
  • Comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment
  • Prior lead generation experience or outbound calling experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience preferred
  • Strong work-ethic
