The Human Resources Coordinator supports the on-site Airport Director and the management team in operations and people-based initiatives. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for getting all new hires ready for their first day at work, which includes onboarding and all relevant paperwork and systems processes. The Human Resources Coordinator will also track attendance, interview candidates, and be a subject matter expert for our HRIS (Success Factors). Additionally, the Human Resources Coordinator may help ensure all employees have proper airport credentials and parking passes, as needed.

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries a plus
