The Senior Analyst will lead and directly support the production of client deliverables, including due diligence, complex investigations, business risk intelligence, and market entry analyses. The successful candidate is expected to comprehend complex issues, regions, and industries while conducting detailed investigative research and analysis to identify and understand regulatory risks. As an essential member of the DD&I practice, the Senior Analyst will primarily be responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Producing high-quality narrative reports that address client needs and provide solutions based on research and analysis.
  • Gathering and interpreting confidential human-source intelligence within a specified time frame and budget.
  • Managing the production lifecycle, including the scope, schedule, profitability, and quality of projects from the time tasking is received until it is closed out.
  • Processing and storing sensitive information in accordance with the Information Management System. Ensuring those reporting to you process and store sensitive information, including PII, in accordance with IMS policies. Providing guidance when compliance standards are not being met. Alerting the Information Technology team and IT Manager when nonconformities are discovered.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent English-language writing, research, and analytical skills, including the ability to quickly and concisely summarize complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional client focus and service mentality.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Ability to review and edit the work of others.

Required Experience

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Prior experience conducting due diligence research and investigations, or professional experience in emerging or frontier markets, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international relations, political science, regional studies, business, or related area of study.
  • Experience or expertise in the area of OSINT or SOCMINT, digital forensics, or fraud preferable.
  • Professional fluency in English required; professional proficiency in another language preferred with an emphasis on Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, or Chinese.

Key TDI Values for this Role:

  • Client Focus: You are always available and responsive. You urgently address our clients’ needs. You take the approach of “first, do no harm” and take seriously our rule of not accruing risk to clients. You work tirelessly to build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients that place their needs and interests at the forefront.
  • Impact: You accomplish amazing amounts of important work with a bias for action. You have an organized mind, are able to thrive in a chaotic environment, and achieve great results. You demonstrate consistently strong performance, so colleagues trust and can rely on you.
  • Teamwork: You seek opportunities to assist colleagues and foster communication. You treat all members of the TDI team with respect and strive to support each other. You rally to help out team members to get quality work done on time and to client expectations.

Please note interviews will be conducted via video conferencing or telephone.
