Position Overview: This is not your average sales job. As a Sales Representative specializing in general merchandise, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, hunting for new business while expanding relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRMKeep track of your leads, clients, and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with TeamWork hand-in-hand with your Sales Manager and fellow team members to dominate the market.
  • Assist with Account ManagementEnsure smooth service, resolve any client issues, and support the invoicing process to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Analyze & OptimizeUse your intermediate Excel skills to analyze data, spot trends, and sharpen your sales strategies for ultimate impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ExperienceYou bring at least 3 years of proven sales success and 1+ year in business development—you know how to build business and crush your targets.
  • CommunicationYou can talk, write, and sell with ease. You're persuasive, clear, and always on point.

  • Technical SkillsYou’re comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
