Canterbury Woods' Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for Certified Nurse Aides to join our team *We are a small & intimate setting consisting of fifty (50) private rooms, with an excellent 1:8 caregiver to resident ratio*, allowing for caregivers to focus on providing person centered care to our residents. *We are a CARF accredited Skilled Nursing Facility.*

*Presently, we have the following position available:*

_Full Time 6am - 2pm with a $4,000.00 Recruitment and Retention Bonus_

_Full Time 10pm - 6am with a $4,000.00 Recruitment and Retention Bonus_

_Regular Part Time (3 days/week) 6am - 2pm with a $2,500.00 Recruitment and Retention Bonus_

*CNA Responsibilities:*
* Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming, feeding and toileting).
* Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, wheelchair transport.
* Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
* Report to Charge Nurse on duty the daily needs, unusual symptoms and progress of residents.
* Provide a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.

*CNA Qualifications:*
* Proven work experience and current NYS CNA certification.
* Active on the CNA State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment or misappropriation of property.
* 18 years of age or older.
* Verbal and written English skills.
