Shift: Days, 7a-3:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Weekend REQ: Yes - every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period.

Requirements:

* FL License
* 1 year of experience
* BLS
* ACLS
* Experience with the Xper recording platform required
* Electronic Documentation preferred
* Community Hospital Experience preferred

First-timers accepted
Locals accepted

Scrub Color: Any solid-colored scrubs - no mixing (must have matching top and bottoms). No logos or prints. All travelers must purchase own scrubs.
Charting: Sunrise - no experience required.

Special Requirements:
- Flu vaccine required - signed Medical/Religious Exemptions ONLY
- Experience working in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab required.
- PACS required.
- Cardioversion, Pacemaker Insertion, and Tilt Table Study experience required
- Angioplasty and Stent placement required.
- Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, and Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography experience required.
- Experience with Special Equipment: Impella, Balloon Pump, CSI, Shockwave, Penumbra preferred.

Locals accepted: Yes
Pending License accepted: No - Florida State or compact license required at time of submission

RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. RTO will not be accepted after offer.
Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours guaranteed.
