CIVIL LITIGATION | MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Michigan

Seeking a 6 years Associate to Mid-Level Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing Medical Malpractice/Health Law practice group. This well-established full-service law firm is looking to bring on an attorney with minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience to help manage a growing caseload and develop a MedMal team in their Health Law practice area. MedMal Defense Litigation experience a plus. 
Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Represent hospitals, medical centers and health care professionals
  • Drafting pleadings and motions, responding to written discovery
  • Conducting and defending depositions
  • Appearing in court and arguing motions

DOE Base salary $120K-$150K plus bonus; billable hours bonus program; cadillac suite of benefits; 401K; profit sharing. An excellent opportunity for career growth, professional development in a MedMal practice group in a team-oriented, collegial work culture, with an emphasis on work-life balance.
