Job SummaryAs an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for carrying out HR-related tasks professionally while supporting multiple functional groups. Your responsibilities will cover various functional areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations consultation, policy interpretation and application, performance management, compensation management, and talent management consultation.
Key Responsibilities- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy.
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR, including employment law & compliance requirements.
- Analyze trends and metrics with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Monitor and report the work performance of the employees.
- Determine the need for human resources-related tasks such as hiring and retaining top talent.
- Develop contracts for promotions, new hires, and transfers by collaborating with line managers.
- Act as a change agent and single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
- Provide day-to-day feedback to leadership on a variety of actions, including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational design consultation.
- Prescreens candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements.
- Facilitates the process of candidate selection, interviewing, job offer, background check, and candidate onboarding details.
- Remains updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in the market and industry.
- Leads and supports annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management.
- Evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights into HR solutions and program designs, such as training to address certain needs.
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- All other duties assigned.
- Healthcare or IT industry experience is preferred.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
- Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues.
