???? Location: 425 1st Ave, FL 3 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219 moving to a new location in 2025. Not sure of address yet but it will be about 15-20 minutes from current location.
???? Position Type: Full-time Mon - 8-4, tues 9-6, Wed 7-4, Thurs 7-2, Fri 8-1 - Schedule will change moving to new location

Cherry Way Dental , like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you'll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Minimum Qualifications

* Current dental hygienist license in PA and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
* Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
* CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

* 0 years of clinical experience
* Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
* Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
* Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

* Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
* Prolonged periods sitting and standing
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
* Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
* As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
