How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize past experience to bring new accounts to the group
  • Create and grow relationships with potential new clients
  • Utilize successful production abilities to place complex risks
  • Work as part of a client team to effectively manage the year-round servicing and renewal process
  • Understand client needs and present each opportunity effectively to reinsurer
  • Review and prepare renewal submissions, coordinating with clients in the collection and data cleansing process
  • Coordinate with actuarial resources to deliver impactful and relevant analytics to support client objectives and renewal negotiations with reinsurers
  • Prepare presentations in Excel, Word and PowerPoint formats
  • Contribute to reinsurance program structuring and pricing
  • Ability to engage with colleagues in discussions on these subjects both internally and with clients
  • Manage relationships at junior and senior level and negotiate placement with the Reinsurance Market

About You

  • Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years related experience required
