Coleman Health Services is seeking a full-time Director for our Intensive Home Based Therapy (IHBT) program. Make a difference in the lives of children and families at risk for out-of-home placement. As an IHBT Supervisor, your short-term involvement (3-6 months) will make a long-term impact on the child and family. You will have a small caseload of up to 3 clients at a time, giving you the opportunity to spend 3-5 hours a week with each family, fostering meaningful relationships to help families heal and build resilience. You will then provide direct supervision to IHBT clinicians, lead group supervision, participate in the Center of Excellence Consultation, be well-trained, and be a member of an outstanding Leadership Team. This job is based out of Kent, Ohio, and serving Portage County.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree, LPCC or LISW
  2. Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
  3. Maintain a clean driving record
  4. Be available for a 24/7 on-call rotation
